Warranty Protection:
Every Padwood home built after July 1st, 1999 is protected by a 2-5-10 year warranty program. The current warranty provider is Travelers Guarantee Company of Canada. This coverage is approved under B.C.’s Homeowner Protection Act.

The warranty includes the following coverage:

  • 2 year coverage for materials, workmanship, and major systems
  • 5 year coverage for the building envelope
  • 10 year coverage for structural defects
